Deposit is required at the time of booking & is applied towards your treatment cost. All major credit & debit cards are accepted. Cash or credit/debit cards are accepted for the remaining cost & tip at the time of your appointment. 

Please understand that you are booking a specific timeslot for your massage. In order to respect my time & the clients after your session, late arrival will not extend your appointment time. Client will still be responsible for full payment of session.

Life happens! If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible. Any cancelations given with MORE than 24 hours notice will be given a full refund. In order to respect everyone's time, any cancelations given with LESS than 24 hours notice will forfeit the cost of the appointment* & may be refused future bookings. 

*If I am able to fill your reserved timeslot with someone from the waiting list, you will be given a full refund.

Your privacy is important & is protected under HIPPA law. All information given to your therapist will remain confidential. Client name, address, age, health history, & financial information will never be disclosed to a third party.

Additional waiver is required. Parent/guardian must be on the premises & is encouraged to be in the room.

Except for the specific area being worked, the client will be draped with a sheet during the entire session.

Cell phones should be in silent mode or turned off during sessions.

There is a zero tolerance for any sexual impropriety or solicitation. Any such acts will result in a police report, forfeiture of session cost, & refusal of any future bookings.
